Real Time Zenith Tropospheric Delay (ZTD) Experimental analysis

The following steps are performed in this analysis:

1. Analise the real-time GNSS observations of all the RAP stations using broadcast navigation and SSR corrections using BNC Client
2. Get the ZTD value at each full hour. Higher rate is foreseen for future versions.
3. Compute a linear regression (ZTD vs height)
4. Create a grid with the observed ZTDs
5. Create a grid with the computed ZTDs (height dependant, using the computed linear regression)
6. Compute the observed minus computed values and additional grids
